Plans For A FTZ bonded facility and inland port

Our forthcoming warehouse expansion, set to be managed by Challenge Warehousing as the operator within Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) 295A, encompasses Cambria, Bedford, and Blair counties. Project Overview

In collaboration with Challenge Warehousing, we are embarking on the expansion of our warehouse, which currently is a bonded facility within FTZ 295A. It is our vision to become an Inland Port for the Port of Philadelphia.

Enhanced Trade Efficiency

The establishment of our expanded warehouse as an inland port, in conjunction with Challenge Warehousing as the operator, will significantly enhance the efficiency of the Port of Philadelphia. This will lead to smoother and more streamlined trade operations.

Economic Diversification

The expansion project, managed by Challenge Warehousing and owned by W F Equities Corp, creates new avenues for economic diversification in Cambria, Bedford, and Blair counties.
